BOB Card Application Problem

Problem- Application submit and V-KYC was done on same date. But no IPV was done neither residential nor office after 2 week of applying for the card. Even no-one from BOB contact me via mail/ call asking for any further documents if required.If you can do anything to escalate the application process , that will be very much helpful. Thanks in advance 😊.

Same here. Done VKYC on 2nd July. then nothing happed, no IPV, no call. Got approval message after 55 Days. Totally Contactless.

Currenlty, your application is under process. The only thing you can do is wait for atleast 2 months before even poking customer care.
Keep a check on BOB Tracking Page, it will change from under process to VKYC Pending if you need to perform VKYC.

What was shown during application? Usually banks can change network but not sure if its worth hassling with BOB like bank.

Nothing actually i don't remember the photo of the card but maybe it was blank i guess

I did send them all documents along with legend statement & hdfc b moneyback statement too & told them to consider both/one let's see. I have heard apay is also not good for c2c many don't accept

Ok i will mail them to wait i will get my apay statement on January 15 will they wait that much?
