As I've already posted on our telegram group, people who have applied for bob credit card using our link (application link- https://bit.ly/370oK7H ) can submit their problems here, bob employees will check them on priority basis.
You can submit any problem related to your application, like vkyc link not received, application is under process (even after 15 days), etc.

Problem - Rejected, when I asked for reason they said VKYC not complete. When I said it is completed, they are saying it is pending. Because my VKYC is already done the old link is invalid now and they are not sharing new link.

I had already Completed E-Sign and Video KYC on 11th April, 2022 but as per BOB Financial Video KYC is pending.

As I had already Completed V-kYC via the Customized link sent to me I am not able to Perform V-KYC again via the Same Customized link.
