Just got an email the application is rejected, had uploaded DCB statement as a copy as a proof.

Have mailed them asking a reason.

I've, multiple times, but then again some different guy/girl from customer care contacts demanding income proof or ITR documents for further process. They don't seem to have any internal communication, at all.

This is SBI all over again, I really don't know where government bank finds these people

You have to wait... bob takes 20 to 30 days for this...

Issue: Mostly Everything's done applied using c2c, they did my vkyc sucessfully also verified my office / location provided. But now application is still in process.

they don't have app for credit card as of now. but they are working on it.
