Axis bank is back with it's joining fees reversal offer for its all three vistara co-branded credit cards.
It's a spend based joining fees reversal offer. You have to spend X amount of money within first 90 days of card setup.
For Axis Vistara Credit Card- You have to spend ₹30,000 within 90 days.
Axis Vistara Signature- Spend ₹60,000 within first 90 days.
Axis Vistara Infinite- Spend ₹1,20,000 within 90 first days.

Offer fulfilment date - by 30th May, 2023.
You'll get welcome benefits as per card features.

I called Axis Support. Had a solid 15min argument until I was finally able to prove that my card is eligible for the offer. Now they have said that they will call me after intimating the appropriate team for the same.

They are not gonna give the joining fee reversals so easily. Start calling them and start demanding what is yours. Only then there is some hope.

I have mailed the Nodal Officer of Axis Bank regarding the same since the Axis live chat agent ignored my messages.

If this doesn't work, I will raise this issue on the RBI cms portal with Banking Ombudsman.

Anyone here has SBI Vistara prime card with Mastercard variant ?
I was told by a customer care executive that masterCard variant comes with base membership and only Visa variant comes with Silver membership.

I hope that the reversal comes on its own. I dread the thought of having to deal with the Axis Bank customer care for anything. Half their executives will not know of this offer, and of the other half most will argue ignorantly about how I am not eligible or did not qualify for the offer
