My friend applied for Au card last month. He applied online and selected LIT variant
As of now worst bank in terms of credit ccard support
He is self employed so he does work from home only after covid. Files ITR of 7,75,000. So old office address door was closed so direct reject. They didn't even call and lied that customer phone not reachable.
Worst thing is they don't even re-initiate application processing after complaining to nodal officer and they would give generic replies like does not meet criteria. Once they say rejection final so final. He got hold of Au agent and found this rejection reason else he would have never known.
Even Sbi approved his 3 cards after same office verification but Au nightmare.
