Both pics are of the same place and the same aircraft stand--just that the snow pic is of a higher resolution and both are from different times. As a reference, the mountains behind the airfield are clearly the same, even though the clouds obscure them slightly in one pic. So is the gate visible in both the pictures.

Leh does have snow sometimes, though it burns quickly. The snow pic is from 2021 -- 2019 was a year in which Leh saw quite a bit of snowfall. You will find videos of a SG 737 in the snow at Leh from that year. It snowed in 2021 in Leh too, have a pic of the area outside the airport terminal covered in snow (). So clearly enough examples of snow in Leh.

  2. Offer - 20% instant discount up to INR 2500 on the base fare.
  3. To avail the 20% instant discount Cardmembers need to use the following promocode: AMEX20
  4. The offer is valid only from 1st May – 3rd May 2024 (both days included)
  5. Instant discount is applicable on a minimum booking amount of INR 5000.
  6. The offer is valid on domestic and international flights bookings.
  7. The offer is only valid on bookings made between 1st May – 3rd May 2024, the travel dates should be between 1st July 2024 – 31st March 2025.
  8. 20% Instant discount will be calculated on base fare excluding taxes and exclusive of convenience Fee. Base Fare is a part of Air fare which includes CUTE charges and RCF Charges. (Airfare =  Base Fare + CUTE charges +RCF charges)
  9. Offer is valid on Domestic and International flights except codeshare airlines.

  1. Booking date should be 1st May – 3rd May 2024 (both days included).
  2. The offer will be applied to the first valid transaction per Card during the promotion period.
  3. The offer is applicable once per Card during the offer period.
  4. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding flight bookings, rescheduling and cancellation should be taken up by Cardmembers directly with IndiGo.
  5. The offer is also applicable on Supplementary Cards.
  6. The offer is non-assignable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
  7. All bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to all terms and conditions (available at www.goindigo.in) as applicable to the Cardmember’s Flight Booking, including IndiGo’s conditions of carriage.
  8. The Offer is not applicable on EMI transactions.
  9. Only resident citizens of India of eighteen (18) years or above age are eligible for this offer.
  10. The offer is designed for Business to Customers transactions only. Hold bookings (incomplete payments made under a PNR) or group bookings (bookings with 9 passengers or more booked under the same PNR) for IndiGo flights, and IndiGo Flight Bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than those listed in point 1 above, are not eligible for the Offer.
  11. In case of partial/full cancellation of the flight booking, the Offer stands void and the Cardmember will not be eligible for the discount.
  12. If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, Cardmember has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
  13. The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of IndiGo. Neither the Offer can be assigned or transferred to any other person.
  14. These Offer terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Off shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
  15. American Express Bank and IndiGo reserve the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer and/or add, amend, or replace all or any of the terms of this offer whether similar to this offer or not, without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. Further, American Express Bank and IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer.
  16. The Offer is valid for Indian citizens only.
  17. In the event of any misuse of Offer by the Cardmember, American Express Bank and IndiGo reserves the right to deny the Offer or IndiGo reserves the right to cancel the flight booking.
  18. American Express and IndiGo shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may be suffered, by a Cardmember, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer and/or by the use or non-use of the Card.
  19. The decision of American Express and IndiGo with respect to all transactions under the Offer shall be final and binding on the Cardmember and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
  20. By making the flight Booking through the Card during the Promotion Period, Cardmember (i) confirms that the Cardmember’s participation in the Offer is voluntary; (ii) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions.

  22. For raising any queries to IndiGo related to the offer contact 0124 617 3838 (24*7) or send an email at customer.relations@goindigo.in. The Cardmember should expect a response within 48 hours of raising the query.

6E exclusive and tried without it too both of the times nothing, tried with student fare too still nothing. Is it paused?

Try for a different flight and different date and different route .
Flights date should be after Jul

When you enter the details according to the TnC, you can click on Apply AMEX discount, just enter the card details and you'll be sorted.
