I had applied for Airtel Axis Bank CC from Airtel Thanks App. Got done with all formalities & later got the approval msg & 50k credit limit as well. However, it has been 1.5 months but the card is not dispatched. On contacting the customer support, I was told your card is issued and will be dispatched in 7-10 days. But resulting in no dispatch. Have been getting this standard response. Contacted the customer support via call, first they said we are unable to track the card, SRN was generated but the card still hasn’t been dispatched. Mailed Circle Nodal Office (CNO), got a mail that we’ll respond in maximum 3 days but no response either. Currently, I have mailed the customer support team & PNO as well. The customer support team’s latest revert was we are unable to track it & we have escalated the issue to the senior team. I have already shared all relevant details & screenshots.
