Take business credit card, most banks offer them. If you use personal cards for business transactions banks will surly block. Business credit cards have less rewards but you need not worry of the cards getting blocked

Yes with more number of Vistara cards getting issued, the award availability has decreased

Even upgrades are included in the total award seats, if 2 award seats are already used you cant use upgrade voucher as well
