I very much wanted to mention this in the start if so called "investment" route is a thing in this case then "tata bye bye", but the description had no such hint.
Still the OP got the LTF conversion. So good that way. Maybe others will benefit in some other way.

yea i was expecting the same but as i said , i was literally shocked .
he called me , searched my account via my phone number, and said ‘HO GYA”
I said - wait what ?
he said ltf ho gya h after 24H cc se check krlena
i was like WTFF !!
didnt tried to sell me anything tho but he did say to refer my clients
so that was MY experience

So here's the reply from people:

I contacted him after going through the other posts. Initially it seemed that he was genuinely trying to help out but then literally ghosted me after one or two conversations. If you are reading this, I'm still waiting for an update.

This guy has literally ghosted me and stopped responding to emails after I said no to buying their life insurance plan

So he'll try to help if you're already eligible and if not, make you buy ULIPs which is again same thing across all banks. You can just literally call your existing RM and tell them to connect you to the manager who handles insurance/investments and then tell him you're interested in Infinia or whatever and willing to invest, etc.

no idea but my experience was totally different, i shouldn’t b eligible for ltf millennia coz it was just approx 2 months old and also didn’t spend much ,
also couldn’t Find this 2nd comment on the post anywhere on reddit

Eligibility is subjective in banking, especially when targets needs to be met.
