IndusInd bank Select Savings Account and Legend Credit Card

Hi. I received my Select Savings Account welcome kit today but I'm not able to link it with my legend credit card in mobile application. Please help. My 50000 is already stuck in select account and there is no way to take it out as I have to pay penalty as non maintenance charges.
Please help 🥺

You can say that, no issues..
Most importantly don't argue with him..if he is not ready just call after sometime or another day at 2 am

And you are not getting option to apply Select World card in the mobile app right?

I'm done finally. Got confirmation over e-mail about 0 balance.

Here is what I did.
1. Apply for Legend LTF online and wait till card dispatch. Don't login into APP or anything, don't do anything.
2. Create select account online or visit the branch (this is faster, they give instant kit with debit card).
3. If you created online, we can't do anything till you receive the welcome kit with debit card.
4. Using the Customer ID in welcome kit of netbanking, login into app/netbanking and then link your CC.
5. Within an few mins or so, you should see both card and savings account side by side. You would need to login back.
6. Take out your funds as you feel right and enjoy 0 MAB.

Can I create 0MAB select account for my family members also if only I have legend credit card? Can it be done online? I have already created a mobile Id associated with legend credit card. Any way to delete that?

Yes, you can. Can be achieved through grouping.

Can it be done online?

Yes, it can be done, but you have to visit the branch to complete the grouping process. It's advisable to open all the accounts through the branch and then request for grouping.

I have already created a mobile Id associated with legend credit card. Any way to delete that?

Why do you want to do that? 😁 Just leave it as it is.

After your account creation ask your customer id to bank at the time of account opening or later.

Your credit card user ID remain same as your mobile banking user id, you can link your account later by calling credit card customer service.

So there are 2 user id, one for net banking & second for mobile banking. Everyone who opened account after getting credit card having same.

I too Opened Account after Getting Credit Card, still have same User ID for both Mobile and Netbanking.

I too Opened Account after Getting Credit Card, still have same User ID for both Mobile and Netbanking.

Did you mean, "By 'same,' are you using your old user ID for credit card, mobile banking, and net banking as your Select account user ID?

How did you link 'Select account,' especially in mobile banking?"

Use the video branch app. I got my exclusive account opened last week and exclusive visa was delivered. I called and told that I was expecting MC world but I got visa. She initiated the request and after couple of hours I was able to see MC world in the app.

Try this way and let us know.
