Users currently holding Amex Platinum Travel, Amex Platinum Reserve and Amex Gold Charge card are getting these offers.

For the heavy spenders, this is a great deal since you get multiple loyal hotel loyal memberships and do anything concierge service.

If you don't spend a lot of money but feel the points can help, you can still upgrade for the points.

Customer care is not much diff than axis

Yesterday night, when I selected chat option, lady told me I can hold 2 credit card + 2 charge card so when i select travel card for upgrade, it wont be closed

today lady said, only 3 cards allowed 2 credit card + 1 charge card

Anyways, I applied, will update how it goes

But unlike Icici, when you upgrade your card in Amex the upgraded card gets closed and new card is generated with same card number , CVV as that of your upgraded card.

But unlike Icici, when you upgrade your card in Amex the upgraded card gets closed and new card is generated with same card number , CVV as that of your upgraded card.

Someone told me, for same card, if you apply again within 6 month span, they activate your old account, and after 6 month, they give new card

btw, out of your 4 cards, how many are as companion card?

As of now Only Amex plat Reserve is given as companion card to Plat Charge

Since 2021 smart earn was my first card and got plat travel next on upgrade and lst month cancelled smart earn and got mrcc. So have two plat travel and mrcc

No not like that I had only one card smart earn after one year I received upgrade offer to plat travel. Last month I closed smart earn and received mrcc. Effectively I still have two cards only now.
