If you can take value from it go foe the offer else think twice before you apply fee is 70k around. But gives lot of benefits. Question is are you able to take those benefits based on your spending.

On average I spend between 15-25 lakh annually on all of my cards. Not sure is paying 70K fee is worth or not, kindly provide your view.

You will understand how to maximise the value of 135k points during the course of the year.. it will definitely put you in front of your fees paid.
