Premier to Eterna Upgrade

I've recently emailed to eterna@bobfinancial.com for upgrading my Premier card to Eterna.
They have asked me to do the process online but since I already hold 1 BOB card, there is no option to apply for 2nd card.

How do I do it? Offline? or with conversions@bobfinancial.com.

Conversions team will send a form to fill and sign but that form has BOB Fees and not LTF

On Premier my limit was around 75K hence I was doing low ticket transactions between 5 and 15K on it. In my escalation email I asked them why they were offering paid Eterna when my ITR was well above 30L limit, reattached all the income documents on the same email and sent it to CRM. CRM team quickly approved my LTF request.

When you say ‘quickly approve’ how quickly are we talking about? Given the fact that BoB takes 1 month to approve.

Within 3 days (sent email on Friday, approved on Monday).

When do they credit bonus points? Few days after transaction or after statement generation?

With transaction update .. reward points are also credited ..means on 3rd day

did you have itr or salary slips ore than 30 lpa?
also, will it be an issue during kyc, if office and home address are in different cities and I'm doing work from home right now?

It's same with us as well.
It took 1 month 4-5 days for me to get the card reflected in their portal.

as long as i can remember, they did not take picture, only saw id in person , so u need to be present

How much time does BoB team take to process the conversion request? Do they share approval first and then rest of process? Or do they just confirm first by SMS or mail?

It takes around 3-4 weeks for the upgrade request to process, they provide confirmation on email first.

they will take their own time. officially, their sla is 5 working days. basically 1 week. i sent them a query, they took 1 week to reply, and replied that they need my phone number to find my records. after sharing my phone number, again they took 1 week!
you can follow up as soon as their time limit is over, and include escalation emailid in cc at that time. if they say in email that they will respond in 5 days, and you escalate on 3rd day, even their escalation team will ignore this and ask you to wait till 5 days are over.
