How do I add my mothers' account to mine under family banking? I contacted her branch but they are trying to get me to open a brand new wealth account for her instead of linking her existing account to my Wealth account

I added my my mother normal savings account to my wealth management account via imobile they closed service request stating linked Successful But My mother's account is still in normal savings account not converted in to wealth management account

Hi. I requested for family banking on 15 august and got SR but I can't track that coz it says No SR found for this account. Did you face same issue?
also How did you request for Wealth DC on linked account?

I dont have RM assigned ( I'd like to keep that way )

It will show the sr after a couple of days in imobile app, if no then just visit the branch and get the account linking done then and there

If it was requested on 15th then it should be already showing in iMobile app.
Don't check on Internet Banking there it won't be shown.
Go to Services --> Check Status --> Track SR

And for Wealth DC just call WEALTH CUSTOMER CARE and raise a request.

I checked there only. Will contact Wealth CC and ask about SR status..

For linking a bank account under family banking to a wealth management account do we need to maintain a certain amount before the bank can process the request?
Is there a criteria for family banking?
My RM was scolding me for not maintaining funds in a wealth management account, I was so pissed i almost thrashed him but i controlled myself

I have 1L+ balance and requested directly from icici app. 10 days passed and still waiting for it to get linked..

I raised a request from the app on 17/08. Visited branch today where they denied linking coz I didn't maintain so called funds

Okay. Are you able to track it from your app? For me it shows no SR for this account. I will wait 5 days more because some comments suggested that it took 15 days for them. So fingers crossed 🤞

I called wealth customer care and spoke to the senior official and she took my RM over conference call and only then the RM said I'll process your request you just visit the branch once

They are fooling you.who are they to scold customer
We are not their employees. This definitely needs to reported. When I linked my wealth management through imobile app I had balance only around 10 rs and monthly mab is 50 rs

Branch tell to do 1 thing
CC tell to do other thing
RM tell to do 3rd thing

For linking my wife's account to my wealth account, RM is still telling that she will come home with form to get signature blah blah but to push some useless products.

I will try this online linking process.
