Xcite ultra to Zenith

2 months back I decided to apply for a credit card through the AU Swipe Up program. To my surprise, the only card option available was the Xcite Ultra. Determined to get Zenith credit card, I sent numerous emails to the regular credit card customer care, as my employer is listed in their LTF list.
However, after hitting a dead end and realizing my efforts were in vain, I decided to accept my fate. I went through the process of completing the VKYC and eventually received the Xcite credit card.

Two months passed, and I wasn't entirely content with the Xcite credit card. I reached out to the customer care once more, this time contacting the PNO department. After explaining my situation and preferences on call, they took action and forwarded my request to relevant department. Much to my delight, they processed my request for a Zenith credit card.

For which card, it's 20p for Vetta

I checked for Xcite Ultra card. Confused because the devaluation thread mentions 20p is applicable for all card variants but that's not the case for Xcite Ultra atleast.

Hi all, i just got Xcite ultra month back the catch here is i did apply when i had hdfc money back and now i have Regalia gold and Dcb to be honest it is beyond comparison to compare it with xcite due to low benefits should i mail them to compete to match my benefits or i wont be using it ? mailing them would help?

Very little but chance is there only if you aks for it,right.
Attatch payslip/ITR for higher chances

I applied for AU credit card using swipe up with HDFC DCB of 5L limits but got Xcite Ultra of 7.5L. I wanted Zenith hence I left the application next day agent called me & told me that please do vkyc after getting card you can upgrade for Zenith basis on employer. But now customer care is denying that no upgrade is possible from Xcite.

Please suggest
