For my test txns I forgot to take screenshot but my otp said PhonePe
Visa DC might reward 🤔
Can we not test with small txns before on credit with idfc dc?
 
Coz I was not getting correct PG for more than 2k.
I did 2 tx worth 10k and 15k, did not get any rewards, then did a tx of 2k, got rewards, so I thought, may be something related to amount.
If you didn't receive correct merchant name? You could have stopped entering the pin
 
Just did 50K payment using IDFC Visa on Cred. Processed smoothly but no reward points.
Oh, so only option left now is phone pe with 0.6 percent convenience fee. How many repeated txns are required for system to understand and block the dc?

Have done 4 transactions today on PhonePe. And 10 odd transactions where wrong merchant was there. So, Had abandoned.

No blocking as of now.

I had a bill of 27k on sbi cashback card. 1400 was cashback. Would that count as bill? Did 2 test txns of 150 and 2000. Now should I deduct 1400 plus 150 plus 2000 and then pay rest or pay full bill amount?
 
Is anybody still getting 1% in roar cc as utilities for cc payment using airtel thanks app ? Not able to see rupay payment option in airtel thanks app.

IndusInd Signature Select Visa Debit Card fetched ~3k pts on Credit Card bill payment on CRED.
Paid INR 112900 for ~3k pts. Received INR 1050 cashback.

Good luck. Currently they are moving to New indie portal. Mine both App and NetBanking on lndie. Past one month unable to convert reward points to cash in new indie. After one month followup, today finally indusind agreed to provide service gesture.

my exp with indus is, it is very difficult to get anything done by customer support team.
Bank is good with attractive features, security etc, most of the things work automatically, but due to any reason if something fails, it is almost impossible to get it done by customer support, you have keep calling reaching escalation team.

Even after closing my indus cc , they used to call for an upgrade and they were clueless when I reply that I closed my card. Seems backend is so bad that even their CS can't make use of it.

I went up to Nodal team. Today I got resolved mail few hrs back. Now both mobile app and NetBanking is not working showing internal server error. NetBanking stucked at userid page at present. Need to wait and check wat resolution they provided.
