UPI hai but SBI ka rupay card hi nahi hai. LOL.
Mission to convert BPCL Visa to Rupay and also LTF is on now.

Even I want to convert my SBI BPCL platinum card from Visa to RuPay. The new RBI guidelines for choosing credit card network will also impact cards that are already issued or is it only for newly issued cards?

I have PNB Platinum, BoB Easy, Kotak Urbane and HDFC MoneyBack+ all in RuPay, and I'm partially avoiding upgrade to Millenia because it isn't available in RuPay!

This is how most banks started - they first start to show up in the Banks list, and then for some days when you select the bank, it won't find your card. Some days later, it starts to actually work.
