Miles conversion status

Anyone facing issues with edge rewards Points to Miles conversion?

I initiated conversion of 50k+ points to Krisflyer on 27th July and till date it is credited. But a smaller test transfer on August 3rd is credited.

The status of previous transfer still shows as pending

Lekin Bombay Singapore ki return 22000-23000 rs mei hai jabki points mei 44000 return hai .chuna laga Rahi vistara.lekin phir mei sochu jab points hai toh Jeb se ku kharidoo
