Has anyone received their miles in Lufthansa account for statement generated on December 25? I can see the miles on my statement but not appearing in Lufthansa account been almost ten days

Last year got Delhi-to-Dubai Return ticket for 30k Points+4k INR (Fuel/tax charge or something) on Air India economy, Even though same flight prices were beyond 50-60k inr during Feb 2023.

I booked for 2 In Feb starting for Mid Feb dates with 30k+30k points, While my relative also took the same Air India flight which cost him roughly 60k INR. Might have been higher prices for booking early dates but I remember there were no flights cheaper than 50-60k in Feb 2023 hence I utilized those points.

The thing is, the points required remained the same even when flights were cheaper and costlier.

If you want to go in August or September, Delhi Dubai return airfare is 17500 only.

I applied for the miles and more card during the 45000 miles bonus. Didnt receive for more than a year. Filed a complaint in consumer court, then the bank finally replied that they credited miles my miles on 9/2/24. But i cannot see my miles anywhere. Also they didnt create any miles and more account i created it myself. And i cant find it anywhere at all. Can someone tell me how to find it if they have credited it.
