Magnus - issue with joining benefits

Hi All,

I have received my Magus Credit Card in Nov 2022, but did not receive any message or mail regarding the Joining benefits.
but when I try to Axismagnusbenefits website I am getting the below error ,

I have tried to contact Customer Service, they said they have reported this to the concerned team but still, i am unable to log in to the site..

can someone help me in fixing this issue and claim the joining bonus only 1 month is left for claiming the joining bonus.

That's awful.

I've heard people getting the message 3-4 days after 1st transaction. Mine has been around a week ago, i already complained to the CC.

Did you send the email to "premium.experience@axisbank.com"? They gave me access within a day.
