Kotak zen credit card chargeable

I was having kotak royale credit card and got an option to upgrade to zen card when I checked it showed no charges. Today when I called customer care after receiving the card they informed about charges. Please suggest what to do next. I don't want to cancel since it's my first card since 2015. Will they downgrade the card and make it LTF?

march me one year hone vala h muje, to card closure krke retention team se hi deal krnaa chaiye LTF ke liye ?? ya fir ek baar kotak se mail pr discuss kru ltf ke liye ?? although card pure saal kuch kaam nahi aaya or naa kuch rewards mile previous transactions pr ....

Yes, unless you try to cancel and talk to retention team, no one else will make it LTF. They will make it LTF in most cases.

So mailed kotak to close it. If a better card with ltf can be given, them I'll continue.

After a few days got a call from retention team, offering zen as ltf. And they also reversed fee for mojo.

Sad lyf bro i applied paid ,
Thinking i will get more limit but no hard luck
Now i will call customer care for any visa ltf card or maybe zen ltf .. but nothing less than ltf
