Kotak White Upgrade - Will it remain LTF

I have a Kotak Zen CC LTF and I hold a Kotak Privy account as well.
Basis the same and the recent devaluation, I am thinking to upgrade it to Kotak White which is I will be getting LTF basis Privy account.

Now, my question is

Will it remain LTF even if I degrade my account for any reason and become a non privy account holder.

It will be LTF unless they explicitly mention that it relies on your Privy status which is generally not the case with Kotak.

There are a very few cards which are converted into chargeable cards, like Burgundy private.

Just take it in writing that it is LTF.

What I understood, they keep telling me that it will remain LTF until I keep that Privy status but they have no mechanism to check that if the account gets degraded and they could revert the card to chargeable basis

When did you got white LTF? I tried to upgrade LTF from customer care but they denied the free variant of white is stopped now. Since I hold zen as ltf they are advising this is also a good card.

Got white LTF about 2 weeks back. Try upgrading in branch, I don't think kotak ever shows LTF option online for paid card.

Yes I hold kotak salary account

RM just check in system and said you are eligible for white LTF, I asked him to go ahead. It was not n upgrade, a new application. Now I have 2 kotak cards.

My family member has also got the card like this
