Vkyc Problem in IDFC Savings account

Hi All,
I have opened my IDFC First Bank Account on last Saturday but unable to do vkyc, I can't do kyc by visiting branch bcoz it is 190km away from my city.

I recently opened IDFC bank account and unable to do my kyc it is showing error like this(attached in screenshot) If i do any transaction with my debit card they will give reward points on minimum kyc or not?

They are offering 2000 rp on first transaction, please help i am unable to do physical kyc bcoz my nearest branch is 190 km away.

I have full KYC and getting reward points in time. For minimum KYC, getting RP, you should contact customer service.
