IDFC Bank Account Total Freeze

I've been using IDFC Bank account for around 3.5 years now but suddenly 4 days ago, they added a Total Freeze on my bank account stating - Financial transactions (both debit and credit) in your account are currently restricted.
I contacted my RM and he said that NPCI has put a restriction on the account and asked me from where I receive UPI payments in my account. I notified them that those UPI txns are from my business bank account and said the same over email, but after that, there have been no updates regarding this and just said that its in process.

Any idea what should I do next?

Update - After 20 days, the bank finally removed the Freeze from my account

I had received a call on March 29 where the person said me to add 1L if possible to my idfc account before march30. I asked her what's the benefit for me ?
She said I will get savings account interest and then I said what else extra will you provide since you are asking me to add to show it in your FY result.she said your wish and cut the call.

RBI BO me complaint karne ke liye reply attach karna hota hai mai bas sirf ek reply ka wait kar raha. Daily nodal ko mail kar raha tha fir level 1 se reply aaya branch visit karke application submit karo unfreeze karne ke liye kyc documents ke sath. Ye request to maine freeze hote ke sath hi next day hi DBM se baat kar liya usne bola Aisa koi requirements nahi hai. Fir Maine usi email reply ko attach karke RBI Bo me complaint register kar diya.
But RBI Complaint me maine sare debit and credit transaction ke source statements attach kar diya RBI ko dikhane ke liye ke liye ki sare transactions legit hai. Idhar RBI ka Bamboo kar diya and firse sabko mail karna suru.

RBI ka Bamboo and daily emails. Ant me unhe unfreeze karna hi pada.

Emails ka reply nahi karte ye Internet explorer bank.

Rarely koi bada ya strict action leta hai BO though bank ka galati rehta hai toh usually favour ya bina sune acha se samjhe bas bank ka reply ke adhar mein hi case closed 😂

Ye ajkal bhaut sara banks mein chal raha hai...Ek toh kitne ka Cyber Bureau se ho jata hai uska RBI kuch nahi kar raha aur ek bank apna algorithm and programming ke bajah se and usually close ka option 😂

Indusind ne jab sare transactions ka statements dekha tab use samjh aaya apni galti tabhi address verification karwa ke unfreeze kiya.
