IDFC Account Digitally Opened - Total Freeze

Hey guys, I recently opened an IDFC First bank savings account, I already have an IDFC Credit card.

The account shows Total Freeze, and the Kit has been dispatched to my communication address.

Any Idea how to unfreeze the account?

Few 0 MAB A/cs:
1. Kotak 811
2. Indus Advantage S/A gets opened along with Legend CC
3. Recently got ICICI Amazon Pay CC and got a 0 MAB Savings A/c
4. SBI S/A is also 0 MAB
5. BOB also has a 0 MAB like account...but you need to search for details
6. AU has Zero MAB S/A....but you need to search for details
7. HDFC...Babaji ka Thullu
8. Axis...kyu mazak kr rhe ho
9. IDFC....dont know..dont care

Note: have first 4 S/A

Have you ticked certain terms and conditions related to SA while applying for ICICI Amz Pay CC?

thats the thing...I dont remember, I did even knew ICICI was giving 0 MAB with AMZ Pay CC....mil gaya...mann me atyant ullas h

150+GST...the usual blue colour visa debit card
