ICICI Bank's Unethical Practices: Lifetime Free Sapphiro Credit Card Deception

Most of our members were aware that ICICI was running a campaign to apply for the Sapphiro credit card for non IITians. I also applied through that link and became eligible. After applying for the card, I received calls from ICICI Bank executives who were interested in offering me chargeable cards such as Platinum or other variants. I have been using ICICI cards like Platinum and Amazon Pay for 7 years. I sent a mail to the senior team regarding this issue, but they completely ignored my complaint. Therefore, I would like your suggestions or feedback on how to address this matter with them.

the whole campaign must have been a glitch because they rectified the website to paid card later on.
And issuing of card lies solely on the bank it is mentioned everywhere as a disclaimer.

Specialised team thi iske liye. Waise fault bank ka hai ki unhone streamline nhi kiya. Ye special case wale application requests ke details sirf dedicated team ke pass hi hone chahiye the rather than har kisi ko de do.

Just send 2 different mails to (customer.care@icicibank.com) for your Visa & MC+Amex separately regarding LTF Status confirmation.

I did the same and sent the mails 1 week apart, got the confirmation both times that cards are LTF.
