They always say, "consult your CA". My questions about it:
1. How do I even find a CA?
2. Why does it have to be "my" CA? Why can't I ask any general CA?
3. If I consult my CA for something, and if they turn out to be wrong about it, do they face the repercussions in any form, or would I be the only one responsible?
4. What are the neatest and best ways for a CA to help file taxes? I trade in F&O, and my taxation is complicated, and I did consult a CA, but he asked me for my login credentials. I believe there are better ways on the ITR portal for a CA to help in ways that also make them responsible for the filing?
