Help regarding UNION BANK new DEBIT CARD issuance

I have opened a new Union Bank savings account for getting their Rupay Select Debit card. My account was opened and activated successfully. But the Branch don't have any Insta Kits with Select debit Cards & all are of Rupay Classic Variant. They are telling it would take 1 month to get the card.

Is it possible to issue the first debit card from other branches of UBI or home branch only can generate the first card ? Anyone tried this way. In online application i can only apply for QSPARC and Classic Variant only, 🙁

Thanks will try, tomorrow. As per my experience with UBI and Canara - their benefits (except Cab and Health services), all benefits are refreshed annually. Cab and Health quarterly.

@Sagar008 are you able to generate in 4g or 3g network and which network provider?. It would be great you can give details on it.

Hi, I was able to generate using Airtel 5G. After turning to 3G, 4G, flight mode on off several times, it worked. Try doing it in the afternoon hours after 4:30 pm.

To anyone having issue with Virtual RSDC. Please wait for the Physical Debit card to arrive. Generate Pin and then Request for Virtual RSDC. I generated today. 23/08/2025 2:00PM in second attempt. Card BIN is 652414. Thanks
