HDFC Infinia Linkage to Smartbuy

i recently got the Infinia after cancelling DCB. while i was able to link the CC to my HDFC netbanking account, the site is not very good in terms of seeing details for the CC. during my days having DCB i didnt have a HDFC savings account so used the HDFC credit card portal and that was much better. Now it seems i cant use the credit card portal as i have a savings account. can someone confirm this or am i missing something.

similarly i had a smartbuy account linked to my DCB. now i am unable to link my infinia to the same smartbuy account. customer care said i needed to make a transaction in smart buy post which i can add the card. dont remember this being the case when i had DCB. Any pointers ?

Also try with https://offers.reward360.in/v1/infinia as well.

Goto My Profile and add the new card. I was having the same issue when I upgrade from Regalia to Infinia.

you can also use mycards hdfc to see the usage etc etc
