They didn't do physical verification in my case. They tried to visit my office but then I said I'm working from home and sent a confirmation email from office email id. Card was approved in 5 days

It depends on their algo since some cased might be sent for manual approval. Mine went to VKYC and the person told me that they will give the decision in 1-2 days. I asked about physical verification, they said No. However, one guy came unannounced to verify office. I guess, if they have time they will verify office.
