Take whatever you are getting, since they have stopped offering zenith through swipe up. I guess in your case physical office verification is yet to be done. At my work place these guys came thrice and when i wrote to PNO then they stopped, I did got a fourth call though.I wanted the Xcite card, so I used Axis MyZone CC, which is the least beneficial card, yet I was offered the Xcite Ultra instead
If the lead ID is generated then definately no unless you somhow get it removed.
Why only xcite and not xcite ultra? Is ultra not better than normal xcite
Why three times? I also applied but I don't like physical verification..
3 times because their representatives didnt possibly verified it on the systems, i was physically available at all the 3 instances, my pics were also clicked they took my visiting cards as well.

If possible take permission to sleep at your office, these guys can come anytime. Being highly unprofessional they can call anytine and say we are at your doorstep for POV.

After VKYC, I asked the agent, and she said they won't do physical. Still they did for office the same day as VKYC! I am not sure I will get it since this year I have shown myself as self-employed working from home
It seems they rejected because my self-employed office address is same as home address!
Anyone came for verification? Or directly reject after vkyc?
