Fi Money vs Jupiter Money - Best NeoBank?

I believe you guys must have come across one of these for sure... Although a lot of mixed signals and reviews on Google/Youtube...

Both have amazing Savings features - Jars and Pots
Fi has Fi Jump, etc
Both are Zero Minimum Balance Accounts
Both have debit cards
Both are co-branded with Federal Bank

But Fi has better ratings etc.
However, people are complaining of their money getting frozen on Fi, and some even on Jupiter... Was just creating an account with Fi for Fi Jump and to connect all bank accs, etc, and then came to know this. (Jupiter also has all bank accounts sync feature)

Any experiences with these accounts - Good or Bad?

Primarily looking to use it as a Savings account for investments and other things, so funds getting frozen would be a nightmare

however fi has now started taking debit card charges whereas in Jupiter debit card is free

I use Fi account as my main UPI account and it's been fine. Just that 1 time app was not opening when I needed to check some transactions but it opened later in the evening.

You will get Good benifits with salary account
And Pro accounts (you need keep min 10k to upgrade in pro. (NO MAB charges)

Support is pathetic. As they are not a bank and if you reach out to federal bank for support they aren't gonna help you. they will ask you to call fi/Jupiter support.

I have a normal account with fi, they sent me a mail for openning salary account



and they mention (in app) giving a 200 amazon GC for 5000 fi-coins->only for salary accounts.
So do we get amazon voucher for shifting salary account to Fi, or am i missing something?
Reward rate is quite poor but better compared to HDFC (giving platinum DC for free).

After a lot of research and digging and chatting with people, I zeroed in on Fi and created my account. Was shocked that the account got created today (Sunday, in the evening)
Absolutely love this platform, but got the option to upgrade it to a Salary account.

This, I'm not sure of 😅
The account remains Zero MAB, but a supposed ton of extra benefits...
However, would it be safe to do so?

I'm considering it personally... Not sure though since my company account and existing salary account are both in SBI....
