Doubts regarding credit card approval

So I have been using paisabazaar app to track my credit score since few months
Currently it's showing a pre-approved credit card from American express
Currently my credit scores are :
Cibil 725
Experian 687 ( dropped because new scoring criteria)
Highmark 588
Equifax 744
As it's showing pre-approved I'm in doubt tht despite of having avg credit scores still it's offering the card
Should I trust it and apply for the card or wait for the improvement of credit score
Also which credit bureau does amex rely on for approving their cards ?

These are not pre approved. They are just fooling.

If you want pre approved cards open account in HDFC/Axis
