Debit cards are not being saved in Paytm

I tried utility bill/cc payments with HDFC, IndusInd and IDFC debit cards on Paytm. Each time I have to enter the card details even though I have checked the option to save the card as per new RBI guidelines. All cards are in the VISA platform.
Is anyone else facing this issue?

Yes facing it. Have to manually enter my sbi debit card details everytime.
