I know we don’t use debit cards often but just out of curiosity which debit cards are most rewarding in terms of
A. Online spends
B. Offline spends
C. Bill payments (Credit cards, loan repayments etc.) ?

Yes u can upgrade via branch .
50 k balance for select
If u have legend it becomes zero balance ( trick used by many )

No Debit card fees
U can have 3 dc all have individual rp ..
Capped at 1 k for visa , mastercard
750 rs for visa platinum

Normal SBI debit cards work well. Visit their website - https://rewardz.sbi/ and take a look. They frequently offer 5x and 10x rewards.

I personally use the SBI global debit card and redeem all my points for bookmyshow. When you redeem using bookmyshow for ticket bookings, there are no convenience fees or usage charges.
