Closing millennia card for better card

Hello,

I have IDFC bank account and millennia credit card for long.

This card not so useful for me.

Is it possible to close this card then reapply for better card?
Please share your experience or advice.

If any of you have any contact , it will be good for me before closing.
Any IDFC bank employee here?

They didn't increse my limit of 80k well after 10 mnths , i had given them my salary details etc still they told me its not possible within 1 yr and then i opened a savings account of AMB 10k and FD of 1.1 lkh, still that didn't help and ultimately i closed the card hoping for a better card way back in April.. till now they are not accepting my application for new CC .. so my suggestion don't close as it gets hard to get their card once closed.
