Flipkart Axis, Axis Ace, SBI SimplyClick, SBI SimplySave.

I think any card which offers same rate cashback / reward points for both online and offline spends is good enough for offline spends too.

Axis Liberty debit cards is a good option for offline spends.

I had axis flipkart, but i closed it as i have magnus and now i do my all offline spents from magnus. In the lowest return, i will get 1.2% in any case, if i achieve milestone, it will be right away 6% return and more if if converted into vistara etc. But in usual cards, ACE is the best for offline 2% return... Amzn icici, hdfc millennia, sbi cb are in 1% ctgory.. if fortun works for loading, then get its physical debit card, load it with sbi cb cc and spent offline via fortum, this way you will get flat 5% for offline spents too.

They send a physical Rupay Prepaid card , which can be used anywhere offline.

If you want to ask if loading money to this card is excluded from cashback. As of today this is not excluded .

Axis Ace gives you 2% CB. Try that or Flipkart Axis of 1.5% though I wouldn't recommend that one.
