Axis My Zone - Swiggy coupon AXIS40 not working!

coupon code AXIS40 is supposed to work on swiggy food delivery for 40% discount, 4 times per month, above 200 rupees transaction.

but i am getting "oops! coupon does not exist" error message. i also tried using my father's card.

anyone else facing this issue? i don't think i have exceeded any limits. it had also happened earlier.

is the 4 times counted from start to end of a calendar month or 4 times in a billing cycle?

no thats not the reason, my billing date is 14th and still and I am not able to apply.
Swiggy is not showing the code any more to Apply

type AXIS40 manually and check.

I am also unable to use this coupon. This month I only used this coupon 3 times.

It has been always Calendar month for counting 4 times for Myzone credit card.

I just checked and it did allow me 4times in Jan is what I can see.
