Hello,

Today my wife was able to claim TATA cliq 10k voucher online (annual payment done in April 2023)

But for some reason I am not able to login with my mobile number for my magnus card.

Anyone encountered this problem?

Happened with me as well, I wrote a mail to customer.care@thriwe.com and they resolved it within 2 days. Do mention your mobile number in the mail . I also mentioned card first 8 digits but not sure if it's really required

Can these folks be requested to fix the GC they've given me. Apparently everyone gets 12 months and I just got 6 months validity?

Any particular reason of not using it? Might want to explain that to customer care.

No other reason for not using.. actually i added the vocher code tatacliq cash. Usually tatacliq cash will come with one year validity but it's expired in less than 6 months

Two days back I had raised the issue with customer care and now they have extended validity of my vouchers till August 2024. You can try through their customer chat option.

I guess your query was handled by chatbot instead of customer care executive. Just mentioned that you want customer care to call you. Then they will assign some customer rep. After that you give some reasons like ‘you were told by credit card company that validity was of one year , or you were busy and had forgotten to redeem the points etc ‘

Try multiple times on different days. You may get lucky.
