***** Devaluation Update *****
Dear Fellow Community Members,
I wanted to personally share some vital information that affects all those who have been exploring the option to get Post Card Hotel Vouchers against the hefty fee required to be paid for IndusInd Indulge and Pioneer Metal Heritage Cards.
There have been noteworthy changes in how we can make the most of these vouchers, particularly when it comes to certain properties within the Postcard Hotel collection. In the past, we were accustomed to exchanging one voucher for a single night's stay across various properties. However, there have been revisions to this redemption policy for specific locations.
The Postcard Dewa in Thimphu, Bhutan, which initially required just one voucher for a night's accommodation, was recently upgraded and required use of two vouchers for one night stay.
Now, this modification has also been extended to include The Postcard Galle in Sri Lanka, as well as the highly sought-after domestic gem, The Arabian Sea in Karnataka.
No doubt, many of us were drawn to the allure of the Indulge or Metal Heritage cards, despite their high joining fees, with the expectation of deriving substantial value from the associated vouchers. The recent alterations might have caused a sense of incongruity with our initial expectations.
While a handful of properties now require an additional voucher for a night's stay, the remaining Post Card Hotel locations continue to offer value to us, if not in multiples, at least above par. Although the redemption dynamics have shifted, the inherent value and perks remain unwavering.
It is surprising that the update has still not been published in the terms and conditions of Indusind Bank. In order to ensure you get no surprises or shockers, do confirm the redemption value of vouchers with Postcard Hotels.
