1. 1 edge mile on spend of 100 instead of earlier 2 edge mile per 100 spend
2. 1-1 transfer to airline partner instead of earlier 1:2 transfer to most airline.

It's the date card issuing date. It's different for everyone.

Even though it will be devalued Axis will give atleast some time to transfer the existing miles, so no worry on that part. Anyways devaluation is on the cards, lets wait for the official communication.

While transferring 500 Axis Atlas Edge Miles to Spicejet, I got 1000 SC points. I though it would be worth Rs.1000. But I see that 1000 SC points are worth only Rs.500 while purchasing the tickets. So, it doesn't work out to be 4% (its just 2%) value back for Atlas. Was it always the same or it has been devalued now?

Each transfer partner values its points differently. For eg, Accor points are highest valued with 1 Accor point = 1.8 Rs generally.
