the booking was cancelled by duty manager and he also told that points will be credited back asap however the points are not credited yet. i fear if i will get the points refund as this was non cancellabel booking

amex retention offer negotiation is getting hard now.. they removed the option through chat support and have a specialized team over call for any retention offer on card .. luckily got the offer for full fee waiver for 1.5 lakh spend in 90 days. this is my only 2nd year with card.

Request raised once only ..same reference no is used for follow up. i got only 10k points . emailed also 3-4 days ago but even not received any acknowledgement mail.
Amex charged my two cards for 10k points purchased. Complaint raised on 21st dec still they need 5-6 days to review this. is this the support amex is boasted about?
