Mass cancellation of Flipkart Axis Credit Card

As per a Facebook group Axis is doing mass cancellation of Flipkart Credit Card on grounds of non-personal use. They are checking old transactions as well and asking for invoices or proofs. Anyone facing this here?

Well, what happens when there is a balance to be paid (like EMIs etc)? Are they gonna close it as soon as the balance is repaid?

Payments due (credits) will not be impacted. Only debit from account will be blocked along with any pending cashback. You should continue paying the emi till it is cleared.

Are you sure?
Once they close the card, they need to report credit bureau within 4tdays. So how can emi go on?

A guy i know who's card get cancelled.
Also his limit reduced drasticaly.

He has 8L limit on axis card which is very high..
But he did purchases from flipkart which is iphones. And some other prodcuts and get % cashback. And useto sell to other person.
Nowdays i see huge craze of iphones.

Also he used the card on POS machine of his own cloths shop.


Now his card get closed and he left with 40k limit.
And still is not accepting his fault that he abused the card.

I Just have a doubt his POS terminal is still there or he didn't get charges...
I guess because of his good business..
Or bank is sleeping..🤣🤣

Fk axis gives 1.5% cb, pos machine charge more mdr than that. So he must be losing money.

If they won't charge mdr, then how are they going to make any money? Leave profit, who will bear cost to maintain the infra?
For big merchants ( flipkart, croma, smart bazaar etc) they have lower mdr. But i don't know of any bank charging nothing to any type of merchants.

But i am he will get a bunch of charges later.
As if bank wakes up they can charge anytime.
But main point is the guy lost his 7.6L limit just because of his greed.
As his earning much more in his shop than the 5% cashback or 1.5% cashback

5-6 iphones are ok but if u buying 10-15 in few months .. obusly it would be flagged by system & Flipkart too ..

Hows 7 pro .. it has 6'4 inch display right ?

7 Pro is okay if you want a good clean android phone. Not very fast but adequate performance with occasional hiccups. Heats up on long video shoots, gaming and sometimes for no reason. Battery life is great in the beginning but not so later with moderate to heavy use as compared to an iPhone (CPU too is not very battery friendly). 6.7 inch Display has curved edges and is great for media consumption. Camera needs no description as it is a Pixel. I switched from 7 Pro to Pixel 8 primarily because of the compact form factor and flat display. Rest I was okay with 7 Pro.

Ace is a good card but 0.5% extra cashback doesn't matter to me as my Flipkart Axis credit card is LTF and Ace is a chargeable card. Ace also has capping on cashbacks.

He used to buy then make payment then again repeat these...

Thats the reason his limit got decreased drastically.
