Is Primary and Addon card considered the same card? HDFC has the card number for both

I have raised a ticket with RBI regarding Personal Lian CIBIL enquiry for Credit Card Application, they came up with non sensical Roy like this and closed the ticket. I have raised the ticket again, then they removed the Personal loan CIBIL enquiry.

I have sent a request to delete the Lead via email and their team called me and said that I would have to wait 45 days to get it deleted.

Never thought about it. I couldn't find lead Id or application ID. Do they take this request by call or email?

I have seen that AU offering some LTF card as a financial year end offer. I applied and they are offering LTF Au LIT card and paid Vetta and Zenith card, so didn't proceed forward as I was hoping to get their regular LTF I am about close SC ultimate card, so wanted to replace it with a AU LTF...

Even with the Redgiraffe which has lowest of platform fees, it comes out to be ~0.36%. No hope for other platforms.

SC, Citi are overly conservative. I wouldn't be surprised if SC rejects even if someone has good salary, but from a unknown company. I have same thoughts and about to cancel it. The process to get Addon card is tedious and requires a bank visit, a lot more documentation than other banks and the add on card goes to the address of the add on card holder not the primary. They have wasted 2 months in to and fro for add-on card...

I have created a complaint via email, got the acknowledgment. Acknowledgment mail went to Spam. Anyone facing OTP issue can send out a mail.
