Complained against HDFC RM. What should be my next step?

3 days ago I complained to HDFC Preferred customer care that I wanted a physical RM because my current virtual one takes a day to call back. Talks extremely lazily and half in Gujarati which pisses me off since I hate the way she talks and I have a hard time understanding her.
She took a year and 3 branch visits to complain to get my mom linked in my family account.
Sent me the incorrect form for Joint owner instead when I wanted to change my name in the bank.
Only called so that I could give her that positive feedback on mail.

Now I have received 13-18 calls in the last two days. I am not picking up since I don’t want to deal with her bullshit. I have complained to PNO today and said that I will be moving my assets to Axis if I keep having this trouble.
What confuses me is that HDFC tells the RM about a customer’s complaints towards them which would make their behavior even worse towards that particular customer in the future, who is me in this case. What can be done? I have about 65lk in FD in this bank.

I had requested my classic RM for upgrade to Preferred, every day he just promised me for next day.
Few days later I received feedback text for Branch , I gave 1 star.
About 2 minutes later BM called asked my issue and apologised multiple times and upgraded my account over the phone.
So they take feedback seriously
I get feedback mails almost daily will try someday 😂

I have had similar experience despite only maintaining 2lk in Axis Priority account. But on the other side despite having TRV of 75-85lk with HDFC they don’t do shit for me. Gave me HDFC Tata Neu with 125k limit which I cancelled last month to get better core card offers.
Axis Grievance Redressal is top notch , if Branch is faltering or ignoring your request just write to Premium Experience or even PNO then branch changes its character.

HDFC is miles behind in same field.

and how can I check that rm is assigned in my account or not?

Why waiting for pre approved for this tuccha program

Visit branch if nearby or direct call bm and ask him/her to send u consent link for classic
U will get within 10 mins then aggree on Link
U will get upgraded next day


Then after some days call bm again and link your family member account to your classic
They will enjoy 0 mab accounts


All this can be done on call no need to visit branch or file paper forms and all

For bm number u can call customer care and arrange call back from branch manager

because when I will request to branch for upgrade to classic banking , they will say you will have to maintain 1l MAB.

Baki base variant jitna Paisa to rakhna hi
Taki agar downgrade kar bhi de to koi issue na aaye

because when I will request to branch for upgrade to classic banking , they will say you will have to maintain 1l MAB.
If product is same there can't be sub clause for mode of getting the product

As I said just go and get it .👍

You have 2L in account, go for preferred instead of classic😉

If I add balance upto 2l in my account today and go to branch tomorrow.
Will they upgrade to prefered.
And
If I don't maintain 2l MAB in prefered will HDFC directly downgrade it to classic or normal variant?
Semi urban m preferred hai v ?
My branch in metro not semi urban..
