10k range, they received escalation from regulator with respect to multiple fee plans for a single product, changes would kick in soon.

Bank is offering me pinnacle with 15k one time fee (with 10k amazon gv).

Should I opt for the same? Or is there any way to get that completely free?

Just wait and keep your legend card. Try to use it once pr twice for international transactions. You will most likely get an upgrade soon. Btw whats your credit limit?

Do you have any other bank cc with high limit?

Yea i am talking about free upgrade. Alot of people got either pinnacle or avios cc LTF.
