AMEX application submitted, What is next?

Similar case with me as well.. When i'm writing to them in there acknowledgement mail first it was showing last 5 digit of my application number.. and now its showing last 5 digit of my card number.. But application is still pending
I believe something is wrong with amex system
Now i really don't know what is use of smartern today only got some idea after watching @TechnoFino video

Yes.. I guess if its there system glitch then they will approve slowly, many people are facing this same issue.. thats why applied for other card, only thing i'm worried is they should not start rejecting these on hold application, i was reading here someones conditionally approved application got rejected without any reason. If they do that then it's a problem because after that, everyone have to wait for 6 months before applying again.We are on same boatlet's see am thinking to cancel smartern if get MRCC
Hi everyone.. any update on Hold applications? Mine is still on hold.. Regular communication from grievance team on call they are still trying to figure out whats going on in my application...

i have applied for mrcc card 18 days back , compleated vkyc and submission of documents (ITR) within 5 days. i havent got any response from amex team regarding approval nor rejection and i have contacted CC with in 7 days of applying and they have said everything looks good and matches you will recive your approval soon and after 16 days again i called them and they say its rejected due to internal policies and i havent recived any rejction or approval mail till date also mailed.
Call them again 1-2 times to re confirm.. aaj kl kuch bhi bol rhe hai vo log..
They might ask you to apply smart ern and they will send both the cards
my suggestion write to head of customer or call them for sure they will resolve in 4 days and dispatch..Note there is a technical glitch (AMEX Claims) in the new application process and it will take few days for fixTerminator

i have mailed nodal officer regarding this only received automated mail with an complaint reference number long back and no other response regarding this till nowThey might ask you to apply smart ern and they will send both the cards
They dont respond until they have an answer. Keep following up every 3-4 days. I got a response only after 10days and 3 reminders.
I applied for American Express® Platinum Travel Credit Card on 6th Oct, 2022. Completed KYC on same day. Today received that card has been approved and shipped. I already had MRCC card and prior to that had Gold charge card(I was member of Amex since 2015). The process was smoothly completed.

Yes there is a glitch. I can't upload my income documents. It says "server is experiencing problems". I hope AMEX solves this soon.They might ask you to apply smart ern and they will send both the cards
