One Card offers upgrade from FD to unsecured card

I have got an offer in the OneCard app to upgrade to unsecured card. I had FD of 10k. Now they are giving limit of 3.6L and processing refund of FD.



Earlier, I had SBM bank Visa card. Now it is offered in Mastercard CSB bank. I had to complete KYC again.

I see this on my when I log in with my primary number on the one card app, after I closed my account with them in Dec '23 .. It's strange that you are seeing this, especially since you had no previous card with them that you closed! Did you contact them on Twitter?

This error is coming for those who closed their secured 1Card recently. But, for some strange reason/glitch, their 1Score app is not updated with data on such closures. 1Score still indicate that your card is active. When you click that, you go to 1Card app and it pops up this message.
I wrote to them about a week back. As usual, no response.

You and those who closed their 1Card recently are treated in exactly the same way. As there is no live/active data in their current database - the same error template is being used.

I was offered metal card with 1.5l from federal and now 2.6l with BOB.. should i wait for rupay card offer or just apply and please let me know will they do physical verifaction and ask for any income proof.?

Finally was able to do kyc via aadhar, This time to my surprise there was no option to select the address. Card is in setup mode will take approx 24H as per them.

I Just checked cibil on one score... After 2nd month offer changed... Don't know about fd as I haven't tried to apply, as Iam not in need of new cc just left it but I check cibil once a month via one score..

No, Only aadhar based OTP verification. No income proof is needed.

I live in a Tier 2 city and have a FD of 3k, not quite been 2 years tbh, let's see if they offer to someone under 2 years of FD as so far it seems that only 2 years or above relationships have been blessed so far.

I think the offer is rolled in phases, Wait till march end you will receive.
