BOB Premier - VKYC done but Customer Care says that it is not done

I applied for LTF BOB Premier card online and completed the VKYC but customer care is saying VKYC is pending and there is no update after that.
I have tried mailing them multiple times, everytime they say that VKYC is not done and don't reply anything else.
What to do?

Not yet. Card got dispatched today. Will let you know once I receive it.
Received BoB Rupay Premier with 150K limit.

PFB summary of the timelines:

1. Applied for Premier on 30th June with ICICI Platinum Chip Card having 240K limit. During the application, tentative limit was showing 300K
2. VKYC was completed on 2th July
3. In Person Verification at residence took place on 4th July (No verification was triggered at work location)
4. Received the approval sms on 4th Aug
5. Card got dispatched on 8th Aug
6. Received the card in hand on 9th Aug

Mine still in Processing.

I tried to apply for BOB Easy card online, but it's always throwing error message while fetching cibil score "We are currently experiencing a CIBIL Services technical issue and working on resolving it. Please try again later."
Anyone else facing this issue?

CIBIL is actually having some issues with their own site/app. It's taking a long time for me to access my report today. That might be the tagged along to your attempt at BOB since their APIs might be having issues as well.
