How To Upgrade To KOTAK White LTF

Currently I have LTF League platinum CC I Want to upgrade to kotak white LTF

Which card is best to upgrade from paid mojo? Based on comments it should be signature variant, so either Zen or White.

Can we ask them in inbox that, "upgrade to White LTF or it should be Zen -> White"

either way need to upgrade to LTF card, so which is the preferred method to contact? normal inbox chat or closure request?

Note: Card has only 3 months completed, and is there any minimum limit for these cards?

They will not give White directly. But ask for White LTF and they might offer Zen LTF. Kotak will only budge for closure requests. Otherwise no matter how many emails you send they won't upgrade to any LTF card easily.
No cooldown. Just go ahead with closure request. If they somehow tell that they are going ahead with closure, try to pull back by saying you need an upgrade to LTF card.

only closure request , within 20 days of receiving pvr platinum and 0 spends i upgraded to white FYF , so again a closure req it will be LTF easy peasy

Not exactly. I barely spent anything with Mojo or Urbane for over 4-5 months. Still got an upgrade to Zen LTF.

But I was a salary account holder before and have Kotak account since 2017.

And yes, if you are not willing to risk the closure of the card, you shouldn't raise a closure request.

They don't entertain white ltf request even on closure, they are ok to close rather than making it ltf
They Max they can do is ltf zen about what I've heard from the community.

well i have it FYF not LTF and many negotiation pro here on community @anirban.choudhury etc etc...so everything is possible

I know you have white fyf, I was talking about converting it to ltf on closure request.
That's what they won't entertain according to me.
Also talking about Anirban Choudhury, he is a hni so he can park money or can manage doing huge transaction in order to make ltf request. That's the reason he even has White reserve as ltf.
It's not easy for normal user.

That's an official offer going on, that to only for New to bank customer.

I would just like to see a person who managed to convert white to LTF only via retention team without any high nrv, then I would definitely believe it is possible.

My Zen signature was only FYF so i mailed them to close it before renewal.

Retention team made it LTF 😇

Also received limit enhancement to 2.52 Lakhs.

I'm getting option to upgrade to Kotak white paid. ( Not even FYF )

So I'll not upgrade for now. I feel Zen signature is better than white signature

Kotak White is LTF with one of their premium banking accounts. Is it worth keeping a kotak premium account just for white LTF , if one already has Zen LTF
